Information

Before You Book

Our packages cover accommodation, ground transport, meals (for Full Board), group guidance, and mentorship. Flights can be arranged separately to suit your dates.

Flights are not automatically included. This ensures flexibility, allowing you to select times and routes that suit you. We will provide a tailored flight quotation at the time of booking.

Beyond logistics, our strength lies in mentorship. You are not only travelling with an agent - you are travelling with a guide who has walked this path over two decades and will prepare you in body, mind, heart, and soul.

Preparation & Guidance

Start early with prayer, Qur'an, and reflection. Attend our guidance sessions where we cover not only the rituals but also the inner readiness needed for pilgrimage.

Yes. We offer both in-person and virtual sessions, covering rituals, health, travel tips, and spiritual focus. This way, you embark with clarity and confidence.

Through practical demonstrations, study materials, and reminders, we ensure every pilgrim knows what to do, when, and why - so your worship flows with ease and meaning.

During the Journey

Shaykh Nizamuddin personally leads and mentors groups, supported by our in-house teams in Makkah and Madinah.

From airport transfers to daily check-ins, from guided rituals to group reflections, our team ensures you feel supported throughout.

We are always available. Whether logistical assistance or spiritual reassurance, our team is by your side - day and night.

Practical Matters

You will need a valid passport, visa, and supporting health documents as required by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Your passport must be valid for at least six months from your return date. Inoculation against Meningitis ACWY is a World Health Organisation (WHO) directive and a mandatory requirement for all pilgrims entering Saudi Arabia for Hajj or Umrah. We guide you step by step through these requirements to ensure everything is in place before you travel.

We provide a practical checklist covering Ihram, modest clothing, footwear, medications, and personal items - all essentials made simple.

Saudi regulations may limit access for certain age groups or medical conditions. We advise individually and ensure you are prepared with medical clearance if required.

Spiritual Concerns

Do not worry. Mistakes happen, and guidance is always near. If a pilgrim makes an error, they are encouraged to consult a scholar regarding any penalties or liabilities that may apply. As part of our service, Shaykh Nizamuddin is available to provide this guidance personally - helping you correct, reflect, and continue your worship with peace of mind.

Focus on prayer, simplicity, and presence. We share reminders and reflections so your time becomes worship in every moment.

Moderation is key. We remind pilgrims to pace themselves, honouring both devotion and rest so that body and spirit remain strong.

Final Assurance

Because we carry your trust as a sacred responsibility. With 35+ years of legacy and the personal guidance of Shaykh Nizamuddin - who has led pilgrims through 24 Hajj journeys - we combine logistical excellence with spiritual mentorship. Your journey is not only managed with professionalism but honoured with devotion.
